eBay Motors

2011 - 2014

At eBay Motors, I was the Lead UX Designer responsible for driving the user experience of the Parts & Accessories and Vehicles sections—the world’s largest online marketplace for automotive enthusiasts, attracting over 10 million unique visitors per month. One of my key contributions was the creation of eBay Garage, a community platform that allowed users to upload and share details of their vehicles. This project attracted over 270,000 publicly shared vehicles in its first year, quickly becoming the largest online automotive community.

In addition to eBay Garage, I led the redesign of the eBay Motors Home Page, focusing on improving the browsing experience for vehicles and automotive parts, while increasing personalization. My role involved collaborating closely with product managers, program managers, and engineering teams to define new features, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct A/B testing. This work enhanced user engagement and helped strengthen eBay’s position as a leader in the online automotive space.
